So many businesses are scrambling to integrate AI tools and platforms into their businesses. Add more 'AI capabilities' onto their platforms and into their services. Forrester's research also found that 75% of technology decision-makers expect their technical debt to reach a moderate or high level of severity by 2026, driven directly by how fast AI solutions are adding complexity to IT landscapes.
