How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required. You get the full Jack experience from day one: signal monitoring, morning briefings and on-brand drafts. If it is not for you, simply let the trial lapse.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Basic and move to Pro or Team as you grow, or add extra brands to your existing plan. Your watchlists, brand voice profiles and history carry over, so you never lose the intelligence Jack has already built.
What does the founding user discount mean?
The first 100 users, or anyone joining within the first 90 days, lock in a 10% lifetime discount on their chosen tier. It applies for as long as you stay a customer, and founding users also get a direct line into the product roadmap.
